A Conversation With Our Client Relations Manager

How a smart supply chain can set your business apart.

Q: Can you share a bit about your journey with the company so far?

It’s been just over a year since I joined the company as BDM. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside much of the leadership and colleagues in past chapters of my career- so stepping into Logic-ology already felt like the perfect fit.

The entire team has been incredibly welcoming, collaborative, and supportive.

Q: What have you learned in your time with Logic-ology that you’ll carry into this new position?

I love building relationships, solving problems, and creating smooth, positive experiences for clients. This new role as Client Relations Manager lets me do exactly that, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Q: What goals or priorities do you have as you step into this new chapter?

As I take on this role, I’m focused on supporting healthy growth – borth for our clients and for Logic-ology. My priorities include improving client engagement, identifying opportunities where we can add more value, and helping enhance our processes so every interaction feels efficient and meaningful.

Q: How do you plan to continue strengthening client partnerships in your new role?

To show up with empathy and clarity. Work is easier when people feel heard and supported, and that’s the environment I want to help create for both clients and colleagues.  By deepening client satisfaction and support strategic decisions with clear insights from the client perspective.  I’m committed to contributing to Logic-ology’s continues evolution and helping shape a client experience that sets us apart.

Q: What advice would you give to others aspiring to take on leadership roles?

Leadership isn’t something you wait to be given – it’s something you choose to live. Some of the strongest leaders I’ve known never had a formal title.  They were the ones who showed up with ideas, shared what they’ve learned, look for solutions instead of problems., and helped the people around them rise.

Above all- don’t let fear hold you back.  That old quote comes to mind:

What if I fall? Oh, but what if you fly!
